COVID-19 Information

For information on the vaccination, the Spokane Regional Health District has posted an educational video and frequently asked question document at https://covid.srhd.org/topics/covid-19-vaccination. A link to the phases of distribution can be found here. The DOH is recommending individuals visit http://findyourphasewa.org to find out if you are eligible for the current phase of vaccine distribution, and to sign up for text/email alerts when you do become eligible. If you’re an Independent Provider (IP) and need cloth face masks please reach out to our office at 509-458-2509. ALTCEW will continue to send masks to new and current IPs. Personal protective equipment (PPE) can be requested by IPs. You can order PPE one time per month unless a client you are serving has a confirmed COVID case or COVID related symptoms. Please follow the following link to learn how IPs can order their 30 day PPE set online: ALTSA Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) Request for Individual Provider.

If you are unable to order PPE online, please call our office. We will ask basic questions about the client, level of care, and amount of supplies needed. Supplies are shipped directly to IPs from the Department of Enterprise Services, and include items such as medical-grade masks, gowns, face shields, and gloves.”
