Become a WA Cares Provider
Contracted Service Providers
Aging & Long Term Care of Eastern Washington (ALTCEW) has an open procurement process for contracted service providers and vendors that serve beneficiaries who are eligible for the WA Cares Fund (WCF). The WA Cares Fund ensures all working Washingtonians can earn access to long-term care when they need it.
Depending on the service and location, the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) or ALTCEW may be responsible for processing your application and contracting with you, including ongoing monitoring.
To find out more about becoming a provider for the WA Cares Fund, the covered services, and who will manage your contract, follow the link to Provider Information | WA Cares Fund.
Applications are accepted at any time for ALTCEW’s five-county region (Spokane County, northern Ferry County, Stevens County, Pend Oreille County, and Whitman County).

Providers do not determine eligibility, and all services must be authorized by WA Cares Beneficiaries. Service authorizations and payment for claims are completed through the Health Care Authority’s ProviderOne payment system.
