Contracting Service Opportunities

ALTCEW contracts with providers to deliver services to assist older adults, adults with disabilities, and family caregivers in Spokane, northern Ferry, Pend Oreille, Stevens, and Whitman counties.

If you are interested in contracting with Aging & Long Term Care of Eastern Washington (ALTCEW), please select from the options below for more information.

• Health Related Social Needs (HRSN): ALTCEW is currently accepting applications from contracted service providers and vendors to serve Medicaid enrollees meeting clinical and social risk criteria.
• WA Cares Providers: ALTCEW manages WA Cares contracts with providers that serve beneficiaries of the WA Cares Fund.
• Medicaid Providers: ALTCEW manages DSHS contracts with providers that serve clients who are eligible for Medicaid long-term services and supports.
• RFP: Annual Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for Older Americans Act (OAA) and state-funded programs that serve the community.
• RFI/RFQ: Request for Information/Request for Qualification- other special contracting opportunities.
