Temporary Parking & Access Change
Access beneath the skybridges at 1313 N Atlantic St. is currently closed as demolition of the skybridge is scheduled to begin Monday, July 13. Barriers remain in place, and vehicles may no longer drive directly under the skybridges.
The parking garage will also be temporarily closed while demolition is underway. At this time, there is no confirmed timeline for when the garage or access beneath the skybridges will reopen. We will provide updates on this page as they are available.
The gravel lot in front of the building will remain available for parking, along with the overflow lot across from Rock Pointe East. Visitor parking will also continue to be accessible. For the most direct and convenient access to visitor parking, guests are encouraged to approach the building via North Normandie Street.
Deliveries and oversized vehicles should continue to park in the gravel lot located north of the skybridges. Please plan your parking accordingly and avoid the parking garage until further notice.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this temporary parking closure may cause.
Office Construction Update: Limited Walk-In Availability July 27th – 31st
Construction near the ALTCEW office is expected to create significant noise throughout the coming week. To minimize disruption, many staff will be working remotely, and walk-in availability will be limited during this time.
If you have a scheduled appointment with an ALTCEW staff member, please contact them before visiting the office to confirm your appointment location or to determine whether an alternative meeting options has been arranged.
Please continue to allow extra time when visiting our office, as the parking garage closure and temporary access changes previously announced remain in effect.
