We cover Parts A, B, C, and D and go over your Medicare benefits and options, including a comparison of Medicare Advantage plans and Medigaps. SHIBA is a free, unbiased, and confidential counseling service of the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner. SHIBA is a statewide network of trained volunteers who assist and advocate for consumers about Medicare and is sponsored locally by Aging & Long Term Care of Eastern Washington.
