Aging & Long Term Care of Eastern Washington (ALTCEW) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified agencies and businesses interested in delivering the following services for Contract Year 2027.
Current ALTCEW contractors must also submit a Contract Extension Application for Contract Year 2027.

If you were unable to attend the live Bidders Conference presentation, a PDF version of the presentation is available for your review. The PDF includes Presenter Notes for each slide, allowing you to follow along with the information that was shared during the presentation. These notes provide additional context and commentary to supplement the slide content.
Viewing the Presenter Notes
- Open the presentation PDF in a PDF viewer that supports comments, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Open the Comments panel:

- Click the Comments icon in the toolbar, or
- Select View > Comments (menu options may vary depending on your PDF viewer).

- The Presenter Notes will appear in the Comments panel on the right side of the screen.
- As you move through the slides, select each comment to read the corresponding Presenter Note for that slide.
Showing or Hiding the Notes
- To display the Presenter Notes, open the Comments panel.
- To hide the Presenter Notes and maximize the slide viewing area, close or collapse the Comments panel. You can reopen it at any time.
Tip: For the best viewing experience, resize the Comments panel so you can comfortably read the notes while viewing each slide. If you do not see the notes, ensure you are using a PDF viewer that supports comments, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
