REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

Aging & Long Term Care of Eastern Washington (ALTCEW) is issuing Requests for Proposals from agencies and businesses interested in providing the following services for Contract Year 2025:

RFP and Contract Extension Applications are due to ALTCEW by no later than 3:00 p.m. (PDT) September 3, 2024. Submission directions are included in the RFP.  Late proposals will not be accepted.

Pre-Bid Conference and Technical Assistance Workshop

ALTCEW conducted a hybrid pre-bid conference/technical assistance workshop on August 5, 2024, starting at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom Conference and in-person at the ALTCEW office at 1222 N Post Street, Spokane, WA 99201.  This conference was highly recommended for all parties planning to submit a proposal in response to the RFP.  It was also open to agencies filing contract extension proposals.

CONTRACT EXTENSIONS

Agencies currently contracted with ALTCEW must submit a contract extension application for contract year 2025.  Agencies providing the following programs/services must have a contract extension application submitted by no later than 3:00 p.m. (PDT) on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
