Take WA State’s Plan on Aging survey!

To inform the planning and development of the State Plan on Aging for 2023-2027, The Aging and Long-Term Support Administration (ALTSA), which is part of the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) is sharing this short survey about the needs and concerns of older state residents, their families, and caregivers. Regional results from this survey will also be used to help inform Aging & Long Term Care’s local Area Plan. The survey is anonymous, confidential, does not collect identifiable information, and should take 10-15 minutes to complete.
